Requesting Access:
If you need access to a customer’s dashboard, submit a request along with manager approval in the #help-biztech Slack channel. Ensure the request includes:
- Customer name.
- Salesforce account details.
- Additional relevant context for faster resolution.
Security Compliance:
All requests must comply with Samsara’s data security policies. Access will only be granted based on role-specific needs.
